Supply Partners appointed Australian distributor for SAJ energy storage solutions

Supply-Partners-announces-SAJ-Partnership

Supply Partners has announced its appointment as a distributor of SAJ energy storage solutions in Australia, ahead of the local launch of the SAJ EK70.

The appointment follows several months of assessment by Supply Partners, including visits to SAJ’s manufacturing operations in China, product testing and consideration of the company’s financial, technical, quality and support capabilities.

Supply Partners said it takes a considered approach to adding products to its portfolio and had been looking for a partner that could meet the performance, technical and support requirements of its installer customers.

“SAJ has demonstrated the product capability, commercial bankability, manufacturing standards and technical approach we look for in a long-term distribution partner,” Supply Partners CEO Patrick Morrissey said.

The partnership will focus on the Australian launch of SAJ’s EK70, an all-in-one energy storage system expected to become available through Supply Partners in the coming weeks.

The EK70 combines energy storage and energy management capabilities in an integrated system. According to the companies, its architecture and wireless metering communication are intended to reduce wiring requirements and simplify installation.

The system is designed to provide installers with a more streamlined installation process and give households a way to store and manage their energy.

“We have taken the time to properly assess SAJ before adding the range to our portfolio. We are looking forward to supporting the brand and making the EK70 available to our installer network,” Mr Morrissey said.

Supply Partners has also worked with SAJ to develop warranty, technical support and servicing arrangements for Australian installers. These arrangements will cover the product lifecycle, from initial specification and installation through to ongoing support.

As the partnership develops, Supply Partners will provide SAJ with installer feedback and deliver product training and technical support for its Australian installer network.

The SAJ B2S split energy storage system and SAJ’s commercial and industrial products will also be available through Supply Partners as part of the broader product range.
