Jinko ESS Announces SunGiga All-in-One Energy Storage System Complies with Key Australian Standards

Jinko ESS is proud to announce that the SunGiga all-in-one energy storage system has been independently verified to meet key Australian standards: AS3000, AS3008, AS5139, and AS4777.

Key Features of the SunGiga System Include:

•          100kW Clean Energy Council (CEC)-approved PCS

•          1-second Frequency Control Ancillary Services (FCAS) capability

•          215kWh Battery Energy Storage System

•          Compact, high-performance design

•          Tailored to meet Australia’s growing energy demands

The SunGiga solution is already making an impact, with over 30 units successfully delivered across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. Expansion plans are underway to bring this innovative system to South Australia and Western Australia. Designed for flexibility, reliability, and scalability, the SunGiga cabinet is the ideal solution for commercial and industrial applications, enabling optimized energy management, reduced dependence on the grid, and participation in FCAS and arbitrage trading.

“Back in 2014, we started with small 30kW commercial systems, but today, 300kW systems are becoming a common sight on rooftops across the country,” said Dan Su, Head of Jinko ESS ANZ. “As we step into a new era of energy storage, Jinko continues to lead the Australian market, providing our clients with the highest quality products and services. Our mission is to help businesses access more affordable and cost-efficient renewable energy solutions, driving growth and paving the way for a cleaner, more sustainable future.”

To ensure nationwide customer support, Jinko Solar has established a comprehensive local service infrastructure. This includes a dedicated service center in Sydney, a large pre-sales and after-sales technical team, and a wide network of service partners across Australia. Jinko Solar is committed to providing timely and reliable support for all SunGiga deployments.

With CEC approval and strict adherence to Australian standards, the SunGiga cabinet delivers the reliability, safety, and performance that businesses need in today’s evolving energy landscape.
