HYXiPOWER at Intersolar 2025: Pioneering the Future of Energy Storage with Automotive-Grade Standards

[May 2025, Munich] HYXiPOWER returned to Intersolar 2025 in Munich, the world’s premier solar industry exhibition, unveiling its comprehensive product lineup for residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and utility-scale applications. With an unwavering commitment to innovation, HYXiPOWER is breaking new ground to meet every energy scenario.

Versatile Innovations for Energy Needs

Driven by the “Spirit of Super Five”—Super Service, Usability, Performance, Value, and Reliability—HYXiPOWER focuses on delivering solutions that exceed expectations. The centerpiece of their presentation during Intersolar 2025 was the launch of a groundbreaking All-in-One ESS that sets a new industry benchmark by achieving zero injection without the need for external meters or CTs. In addition to the All-in-One ESS, HYXiPOWER showcased its Air-Cooling ESS and Balcony Micro Storage System, further emphasizing its commitment to comprehensive energy solutions. The Air-Cooling ESS, utilizing A+ grade cells, combines high safety and reliability with a flexible, plug-and-play design capable of operating up to eight units in parallel. Meanwhile, the Balcony Micro Storage System, featuring a 2,560Wh capacity (expandable to 10.24kWh), delivers an output of up to 1,200W and is designed to cater to low-power DC devices, demonstrating HYXiPOWER’s dedication to usability and innovation.

Stronger Together: Global Partnerships

HYXiPOWER also celebrated the formation of new partnerships with global companies, including Multipunkt GmbH (Germany), EVOLUSOLAR ENERGY (France), BM Energy (Netherlands), and CONNECTOWAY (Brazil). These collaborations strengthen HYXiPOWER’s global presence and enhance the transition towards clean energy. David Shen, General Manager of HYXiPOWER Overseas Business Center, remarked, “These collaborations has deepened our global network. Together with our partners, we go beyond today’s needs, act as both guardians and driving forces behind the global transition to sustainable energy.”

Automotive-Grade Standards: Ensuring Top-Tier Safety in Energy Storage

HYXiPOWER applies the Automotive-Grade Standard—a globally recognized certification system established by the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC)—to its energy storage products. This rigorous qualification process ensures reliability, durability, and safety under extreme conditions.

Core, Brain, and Armor Layers of Safety

  1. Core Layer – Automotive-Grade Cell ModuleUtilizing a Cell Connecting System (CCS) reduces weak points and fracture risk, while the MPP polypropylene + epoxy insulation guarantees structure stability against substantial expansion forces.
  2. Brain Layer – Automotive-Grade BMSHYXiPOWER’s self-developed BMS enables precise measurements and rapid response for thermal protection and extended battery life through cell balancing.
  3. Armor Layer – Automotive-Grade PACKThe innovative non-contact architecture minimizes electric shock risks, while a robust 3mm stainless steel casing and automotive-grade IP67 connectors provide maximum resistance to harsh environments.

At HYXiPOWER, your safety is the top priority. By upholding the highest automotive-grade standards in energy storage, we empower you to embrace the future with confidence and peace of mind.
