SEC - Stewardship Survey - CSBESS Promotion
- Promoter Information The promoter is the Australian Solar Energy Society Limited (AuSES) t/a Smart Energy Council (ABN: 32 006 824 148), located at Level 2, Suite 4/10 Rudd Street, Canberra ACT 2601.
- Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents who are solar installers. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
- Promotional Period
- Start Date: Tuesday, 14th October 2025 at 5:00PM AEDT.
- End Date: Friday, 31st October 2025 at 5:00 PM AEDT.
- How to Enter To enter the promotion, eligible participants must, during the Promotional Period:
- Receive an invitation to the “SEC – Stewardship Survey” via email or social media.
- Follow the link provided in the invitation.
- Complete the survey in its entirety and submit their details as required. Only one entry is permitted per person.
- Prize Details There are five (5) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) $100 Bunnings Gift Voucher.
- The total prize pool value is $500 AUD.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any terms and conditions of the Bunnings Gift Voucher issuer will also apply.
- Winner Selection and Notification
- The prize draw will take place at the Promoter’s address on Monday, 3rd November 2025 at 12:00 PM AEDT.
- Five (5) winners will be selected via a random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
- Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. The winners’ names will also be published on the Smart Energy Council website.
- Unclaimed Prizes
- If a prize is not claimed by a winner within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
- An unclaimed prize redraw will take place on Tuesday, 18th November 2025 at 12:00 PM AEDT at the same location as the original draw.
- The winner of the redraw will be notified by email within two (2) business days.
- General Conditions
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
