A focussed discussion on one of the significant projects resulting from the National Hydrogen Strategy, and the progress of sector-coupling in Australia.
We examined: the benefits of concentrating the build-up of new infrastructure and combining it with multiple offtake pathways, the potential to reduce MLFs by placing high energy demand centres near generation assets and other opportunities in FCAS and FFR markets.
Examination of opportunities in electrolyser manufacturing, as well as relevant safety and training programs, also with discussion on potential government support measures to accelerate the growth of the industry.
